Pleasant loop itinerary, even if with important difference in height in the central stretch. You go up from Finalborgo along the "Strada Berretta" (Berretta Road) flanking Castel San Giovanni and Castel Govone until you reach the village of Perti and after a steep path that starts right behind the Church of S. Eusebio (in some short stretches you help yourself with ropes to overcome rocks about 2 m high) you reach the top of the "Rocca di Perti" at the top of the cliff "Testa dell'Elefante" (“Elephant head”) where the view satisfies the effort and on a clear day it spans from the Beigua Mountains to the island Gallinara and Capo Mele. In the last stretch the Renaissance Church of Our Lady of Loreto better known as the Church of the Five Bell towers is also worth a visit.
