Short description of Itinerary

The name of the itinerary is suggested by the fact that along the route there is one of the most important caves in the territory of Finale; the Grotta delle Arene Candide (White Sands Cave). It crosses the areas of the former quarry of Ghigliazza, and once inside you will find yourself overlooking the sea, with a view of the old quarry from a truly suggestive angle where you can admire both the vast panorama of the coast and the great excavation work carried out on the entire promontory. The route is pleasant and scenic even if with a discreet difference in height and reaches the Church of San Martino in Verezzi from where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Liguria, and then descend the opposite side of Caprazzoppa.
