Le "Formaggette" (Little Cheeses)

It is a peculiar geological formation about five metres high, similar to large cheese loaves stacked on top of each other. The massive base is surmounted by four large parallelepipe-shaped boulders that give life to the curious pinnacle. These formations are presumably due to the erosive action of the meteoric phenomena, even if on the one hand "the little cheeses", placed at sunrise, compared to the observer, could have acted as a natural menhir (such as "the Penn Idol" of Val Ponci) and attract the ancient visitors of the area.
